Woman Eats Too Much Calls 911Woman Eats Too Much Calls 911, A 45-year-old Florida woman said she called 911 because she overate. Authorities responded to the call and subsequently arrested the women at a motel she was allegedly living at.
The woman, Mary Ellen Lisee, reportedly called 911 on Dec. 18 saying she “ate too much food.”

NBC News 5 reported St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Department arrived at Traveler’s Inn in Fort Pierce. Upon arrival, the responding officers encountered a woman and observed her jumping up and down in Room #108.
A man was leaving the premises as police arrived. He said the loud woman was his girlfriend, and stated he was leaving because he wanted some sleep and she was too noisy.
Reportedly Lisee came out of the motel room yelling, “Are you surprised? Are you surprised?”
Officers asked her on more than one occasion why she called 911 and she repeatedly responded, “Because I ate too much food.” Lisee then allegedly made a statement which said she hadn’t used cocaine in over a year.
According to the Daily Mail, “Officers said they smelled alcohol on her Lisee’s breath and wrote in their arrest report that she appeared to be drunk. ”
News 5 said an affidavit signed by Lisee was “mostly illegible” and the woman was asked to read the statement in which she is quoted to have said,
“My name is Mary Ellen Lisee. I have beaten, I believe in God, and He forgives me. I may joke, but I do not do crack. I will not for as long as I live.”
Lisee admitted to police she did call the emergency line and that police did not need to be there.
ABC affiliate WPBF reported deputies said the woman was asked to sign the statement if she swore it to be true, but Lisee declined. Police then made the arrest and took the suspect to the St. Lucie County Jail.
The charges Lisee faces are related to misuse of 911 services and disorderly conduct.
No word on what foods Lisee purportedly did or didn’t overindulge in.
