Woman Calls Ex 65000 TimesWoman Calls Ex 65000 Times, A story is making the rounds today of a Dutch woman who is fighting charges of stalking after calling her ex-boyfriend 65,000 times in a year. That is many times to call anyone, even someone who is a passionate love story that you suspect might be cheating and ignoring their calls.

According to the AP, the woman said the calls were justified because they were in a relationship in which $ 65 000 a year was not considered excessive. This seems unlikely.

Gawker broke today’s numbers and found that 65.000 calls per year translates to a call every 8.1 minutes, 24 hours a day for a whole year without stopping. That’s just crazy.

Now imagine if that was a crazy ex-Bank of America calling to remind you of your debt just a day after her husband died of cancer. I guess it’s also quite annoying.

According to ThinkProgress, a woman in Honolulu, Hawaii lost her husband on August 3 and less than 24 hours later started receiving calls from Bank of America to remind you about paying a mortgage and 3000 that her husband had lost at home. According to ThinkProgress:

Crabtree said Bank of America had 5,000 and in hand and needed the money to buy food and bury her husband. Convinced that Crabtree should use this money to pay, Bank of America repeatedly “robo-called” Crabtree in the wake of her husband, sometimes with only 15 minutes between each call.
Now, Crabtree is suing the bank, alleging that her call up to 48 times a day, even several times demanding evidence that her husband was dead, and once received, the loss of it.

Bank of America reportedly called this woman up to 48 times per day. Assuming the office of the collections is time to open bank accounts (9-5), B a call to the woman six times per hour to remind her dead husband’s debt.

That’s almost as many times an hour as the “mad” Dutch woman called her ex.

At one point, to call someone who owes you money will not make you produce more quickly. Six times per hour falls into that category. What B of A was allegedly doing was collecting debts, but rather the harassment, which is illegal here in the U.S. and the Netherlands.

If this woman is crazy, out of control in the bully, so is Bank of America.
