Witherspoon Won’t Seek Legal Action?

Water for Elephants by actress was rushed to hospital after being beaten by the vehicle while she was jogging in Santa Monica, CA.
Witherspoon representative later confirmed that the star was “resting comfortably at home” after being treated for minor injuries.
A source close to Witherspoon has revealed that she has no intention of taking legal action against the driver of 84 years old, who beat her.
The insider told Us Weekly: “The incident is being treated as an accident, the driver was not given an alcohol test at the scene and generally would receive a fine and a point of driving license because it is considered a traffic violation .. ”
Witherspoon reportedly only suffered a cut on her forehead in shock.
She next stars with Chris Pine and Tom Hardy at This Means War, which opens on February 17, 2012 in the U.S. and the United Kingdom.
