Whitney Houston The Bodyguard: Original Soundtrack Album, Adele’s “21? has remained atop Billboard’s 200 in 2012 for nine weeks.

The disc has also been at No.1 for 22 weeks total, the most since Prince’s album “Purple Rain.”

For the week ended Feb. 26, taking the No. 2 spot was Whitney Houston’s “Greatest Hits.”

“Some Nights” by Fun rested at No. 3, followed by Tyga’s “Careless World and “Now 41: That’s What I Call Music,” by Various Artists.

At No. 6 was Whitney Houston’s “The Bodyguard Original Soundtrack,” followed by Adele’s “19.”
