Whitney Houston Ray J, Reports that Ray J is keeping a secret stash of X-rated footage and photos of late singer Whitney Houston are not only untrue, they are “despicable,” a rep for the R&B singer said in a statement.
“The despicable tabloid report released (Wednesday) claiming the existence of a sex tape between Ray J and Whitney Houston is not true,” rep Courtney Barnes told E! News. “This story along with so many others have been released to sell magazines.
“There is no sex tape or explicit photos.”
Star magazine initially reported that Brandy’s younger brother, 31, had an entire collection of “sexually explicit photos and videos” of himself and Houston doing the dirty that he hoped to sell in exchange for a pretty penny.
A source told the magazine that Ray J had “been stalling” to sell the incriminating tapes because “he knows he’s sitting on a gold mine.”
The magazine also reported that Houston’s family had been in touch with Ray J and were insisting that he keep mum, explaining that “now is the time to honor Whitney, not drag her legacy down.”
The R&B singer and Houston were rumored to be back on after they were spotted out together in Hollywood shortly before her tragic death in February.
In a statement to the Associated Press at the time, Ray J expressed his deep sadness over Houston’s untimely death, explaining that he still had to “process the emptiness that I feel.”
“Nippy I miss you so much!” he added, using the late singer’s nickname.
This isn’t the first time the R&B singer has been caught in a sex tape scandal.
He and Kim Kardashian’s bedroom romp famously made its rounds on the Internet in 2007, becoming one of the top-selling celebrity sex tapes of all time.
Sources close to Ray J told TMZ that the singer never took any sexually explicit photos of the “I Will Always Love You” singer – and doesn’t have any footage either.
