Urban Outfitters Sued Over Photo On T-shirt, Urban Outfitters is in hot water after hawking a shirt that had an X-rated impression of a girl 15 years old. The photo was originally taken by photographer Jason Lee Parry (who specializes in photography to*less) last year. The parents, the model of chain stores, are now suing it and two other stores (including Brandy & Melville in SoHo) are also in demand.
The teen’s parents filed yesterday in Manhattan federal court, and that while they knew about the shoot (which was for a magazine), and the photo you want, never approved it for the shirts.
In the photograph, which is “revealing portions of their breasts … in a spread eagle position by her crotch at the focal point of the image can represent a child in a sexually suggestive manner and may be in violation of one or more federal / state laws.
“The complaint also states that the girl shown in photos of the filming itself a beer, a motorcycle without a helmet, and showing her pubic hair. (Where were her parents during the shooting?) Parry would have agreed with her former modeling agency does not publish the pictures, and now claims they were stolen.
The Daily News says her parents, seeking $ 28 million and wants to remain anonymous because the girl is “well known” model … However, the NY Post reports that Hailey Clauson (pictured), who recently posed for Gucci.
