UFC 129 Results, Fans filled the Rogers Centre in Toronto last night to witness the battles early UFC 129. Fortunately for the 55,000 fans in the arena, the fighters were at their best, providing an exciting evening of fluctuations in the Octagon.

The fight was a UFC welterweight title championship game, facing the defending champion, Georges St. Pierre, against Jake Shields. San Pedro will certainly not disappoint and were shown to be dominant throughout the match, getting a number of strokes that left stunned shields. San Pedro also fought smart, keep your distance and stay out of the land in order to avoid any presentation has the potential to Shields. Ultimately, Shields managed to stay in the fight to the final only to lose an obvious choice.

The other most talked about party of the night was between Jose Aldo and Mark Hominick. The round was brutal. Aldo went on to win the fight by unanimous decision, but not without going through several rounds of breathtaking shots Hominick. UFC legend Randy Couture also fought his last fight in Toronto, ending his career in a notable loss after being knocked out by a kick from Lyoto Machida in the second round.
