Ufc 120, French heavyweight Muay Thai Fighter Cheick Kongo came into this fight to play his usual role against the green giant porter relatively knockout artist Travis Browne.

The undefeated Browne had one UFC win over James McSweeney Ultimate Fighter in the final 11.

Kongo came into the fight back to back losses Cain Velasquez and Frank Mir.

Travis Browne and Cheick Kongo fought to a draw – 28-28 on all three judges cards.

It was the second ugly war of attrition of the night, marked by rivets against the fence and a third round point deduction Kongo, having kept grabbing shorts Browne.

The point deduction proved the deciding factor and cost Kongo victory.

The first round started a little slow but Browne began to land hard with your hands have about two minutes and stunned Kongo. He came out swinging on the back and then drove in both legs to take, but got stuffed and they went back to hooking. Kongo re-entered the shorts. Kongo Browne chased a drop, but landed shortly before noting once again shooting for a double leg unsuccessful. Again Kongo shorts before Browne. Again Browne finished the round with a last second down.
