Treme Actor AutopsyTreme Actor Autopsy, Local actor Michael Showers, who appeared in the HBO series “Treme,” died of drowning, according to autopsy results released Friday by the coroner of Orleans.

Police continue the investigation into his death and his search for a vehicle belonging to the showers, whose body was found floating in the Mississippi River, near the Steamboat Natchez on Wednesday.

The vehicle is missing is a black 2002 Infinity G-20 with a Louisiana plate TAP-099.

“It’s an important piece of the puzzle,” said Deputy Chief James St. Bernard Pohlmann Thursday. “If we can locate the car, could give us some indication of his whereabouts or if the car was left and that could give us some clues.”

At this point, detectives do not suspect foul play in death of Rain. ”

According to Pohlmann, showers were reported missing by his girlfriend, Melinda Carlos, on Tuesday night. The next day his body was pulled from the River.

States of the missing person report that the rains, said Charles, who was heading to a local bar after work on Monday.

That’s the last time I heard it.

“Later that night he tried to contact him and was unable to contact him,” said Pohlmann. “She tried to contact some family members early the next day. I had not heard of it.

Carlos told detectives that the rains suffered from depression and anxiety and was diagnosed with MS in March.

“She said he suffered from depression,” said Pohlmann. “If this is a factor or not in this case I do not know yet.”

Detectives are also looking for a man believed to have been showers just before his disappearance.
