Transgender Student Expelled, A man who identifies as a woman was expelled from the nursing program at the university. California Baptist University, a private Christian university, supposedly expelled Javier Domaine be a man.
Now before you start protesting in the streets, take a look to see why Javier was expelled. Domaine Javier, 24, got the registration form to the school that she was. Which means, Javier lied on his application.
The school expelled Javier for “committing or attempting to commit fraud or conceal the identity.”
The school said that after doing a background check found Javier was the popular MTV television show “True Life”. In the program, Javier revealed his transgender life.
University Code of Student Conduct states that students should “abstain from sexual behavior outside of marriage, as defined in the Baptist Faith and Message, June 2000, Article XVIII:” The Family: Marriage is the union of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime. It is God’s unique gift to reveal the union between Christ and His church and to provide for the man and woman in marriage the framework for intimate companionship, the channel of sexual expression according to biblical standards, and means for procreation of the human race. ”
Javier is back in college in the city and plans to become a nurse have been postponed.
