Tmj4, Seidl is charged with hit-and-run involving “great harm and injury by intoxicated use or vehicle” issued by the Milwaukee Police Department. Fox 6 news was reported at the scene and witnesses who saw the accident said that another collision occurred just before the hit-and-run. Two people were leaving their vehicles to examine a collision when they were hit by Seidl.

The victim, a man, a UWM student who was involved in the accident hanging, was treated for a laceration above his left ear on the scene, according to news reports. We also reported the female victim, a UWM student 18-year-old, suffered serious head injuries. This surgery to relieve pressure on his brain and multiple fractures and lacerations to the chin, face and head which required plastic surgery.

The Sentinel Journal reported that Seidl was stopped by a deputy sheriff of Waukesha County, after a motorist reported the damaged vehicle swerving on I-94 westbound. The 911 call said: “I’m reporting a drunk driver. The windshield is made out and it does not [inaudible] and the front end. It must have been in an accident, but she just made a difference in the ways of dodging traffic. She almost hit me, “according TMJ4 news.

She failed a field sobriety test; she had a blood alcohol level of 0.254. TMJ4 also reported that Seidl thought she “hit a pole” on Eastside of Milwaukee. His first court appearance was held Dec. 1 at Milwaukee Court House, where his lawyer waived the hearing, defer. The courthouse has granted the request. Seidl will appear in court Monday, December 13 at 08:30
