Titanic IiTITANIC II, Most people would think twice before buying a ship called Titanic II. And indeed, when the Briton Mark Wilkinson took the cabin cruiser 16 feet for its maiden voyage, which sank quickly.
If not for the Port Authority would have gone down with the Titanic, “said Wilkinson, who had to be pulled from the sea in West Bay port in Dorset, the local media. “Everything is a bit embarrassing and I got pretty sick of people ask me if I had beaten an iceberg.”

Wilkinson, aged about 40, had just bought the boat and took him down the road from his home in Birmingham for its first outing.

After a successful fishing trip, things began to go wrong when he entered the harbor and the boat began taking on water. Wilkinson was forced to abandon ship and showed him pictures cling to one lane before being rescued. A witness said: “It was a very large ship – I think an ice cube could have sunk!”
