Titanic 3D Trailer

Titanic 3D Trailer, A new trailer for the 3D re-release of the box office monster hit, “Titanic,” has hit the internet, but unfortunately for you, the trailer isn’t going to look much different than one from 1997.
The 2D trailer for the 3D version has all the familiar sights: Leo, Kate, Celine Dion and other horrific tragedies. The re-release will open in theaters on April 6, 2012 in both 2D and 3D.
About a month ago, James Cameron previewed 20 minutes of 3D footage to journalists in New York. The scenes he showed off boasted the best post-production 3D to date. Cameron’s spent a fortune to bring his record breaking film back to the big screen, and from what we could tell from the preview, it was money well spent.
Cameron and his team of artists went in and redrew every single shot, adding layers of depth and filling in voids left by the transfer. The result is one of the most immersive and believable uses of 3D technology to date.
But the biggest draw for the re-release may not even be the 3D, and Cameron agreed during the preview. The real reason to check out “Titanic” again this coming April is for a chance to see a truly epic film the way it was meant to be seen. Whether you saw it 14 times in 1997 or have only seen it on cable, the film is still worth seeing on the big screen for the spectacle and the experience of a large-then-life tale told right.
