Threat Level Midnight, “Threat Level Midnight” is the seventeenth episode of the seventh season of American television comedy The Office, and the 143rd episode of the show overall. Written by BJ Novak and directed by Tucker Gates, the episode aired on NBC in the United States on February 17, 2011.
Michael (Steve Carell) has spent 11 years writing, filming and editing his masterpiece, starring Michael Officer Michael Scar, Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson) as sidekick Scarn Butler and Jim Halpert (John Krazinski) Goldenface as his nemesis, the Toronoto Sun reports.
And former cast members Bureau also made an appearance as Jan (Melora Hardin), Karen (Rashida Jones), Helen (Linda Purl), Roy (David Denman) and David Wallace (Andy Buckley).

Michael displays his action movie Threat Level Midnight in the office after eleven years of writing, shooting, re-shooting and editing, but he may not like the comments. The film features Michael Officer Michael Scarn Dwight Scarn that sidekick of Samuel L. Chang, Jim archnemesis as “Goldenface,” Pam hostage # 1, and Darryl as president, and several people from the past of Michael, including Jan (Melora Hardin) as a femme fatale named Jasmine, Karen (Rashida Jones), Roy (David Denman), Helen (Linda Purl) Todd Packer (David Koechner), Tony Gardner (Mike Bruner) and Troy underpass (Noel Petok).
Executive producer BJ Novak, who also plays Ryan Howard on the show, wrote this episode. Tucker Gates, his directing credit fourth in the series, directed it. Screenplay by Michael for Threat Level Midnight was the subplot for a second season episode “The Client”, and was also called “monitoring e-mail,” “Product Recall”, “Money”, and “Dinner Party”.
Writer BJ Novak cites the episode as “the most ambitious conceptually” in the history of the show. More than half of the episode made up of sequences of the film. The whole film, which has an endurance of 25 minutes will be available on the seventh season DVD, and was made available on iTunes on February 18, 2011.
