Thor, The “Thor” trailer is officially online. Go, go check if you have not already. We will always be there when you return.

So what did you think? Speaking on behalf of the Splash Page team, it is already as Marvel Studios has another smash hit on its hands if this first trailer is any indication. There are so action-packed awesomeness stuck in two and a half minute trailer of execution that is difficult to refine our favorite moments, but heck, we’ll give it a go.

After the jump, check out our favorite moments of “Thor” trailer!

Those of you wonder how “Thor” would manage the scenes together in Asgard, wonder no more. Go to the top of the trailer, viewers are treated to a beautiful shot of majestic kingdom. It is a vast landscape that gives equally impressive Oa Green Lantern “a run for its money.

Thor is no shortage of enemies to fight his way through, not least among them is the destroyer. Indeed a combination of the enchanted armor sent by Loki to destroy his half-brother, the Destroyer is bound to live up to its name when “Thor” heads into theaters next year.

Who are these mysterious creatures that Thor, Sif and the three warriors are fighting throughout the trailer? Smart money says that it is the frost giants, or some other creature Asgard. Regardless, it’s cool to see that “Thor” is fully embracing its fantastic elements.

In addition to its mythical setting, “Thor” spends much time on Earth, and scenes set in New Mexico appear just as fascinating as those set in Asgard. In addition, if you search the definitive proof that Thor and Jane Foster emerge as a romantic liaison, I think this screenshot above voila!

Each of the rogues gallery of Thor wide, there are more deadly than anyone that his half-brother Loki mischievous. The trickster god is at its worst when handling other in doing his will, but based on the action scene at the end of the trailer, it looks like he is more than capable of holding its own in a match one-on-one against Thor.

The first thing we take away from this trailer is not the incredible action sequences, and no special effects. Chris Hemsworth is itself responsible for the Australian actor playing the title role. With a relatively small number of works under his belt, Hemsworth was something of an unknown quantity entering “Thor.” Now, there is little doubt in our mind that the right man was selected for the position.
