The Situation Sued Again

Mike Sorrentino, who is best known as the “situation” to fans of the series, is reportedly being sued by the company that helped produce the clothing line DILLIGAF Sorrentino (“Do I look like I give AF-k?) USA, Inc.
According to Gawker, the company says Sorrentino did not promote the line and therefore violated his contract. The lawsuit also includes claims that did not show up photo shoots, not wearing clothes in public, as promised and had reportedly signed contracts with companies from other clothing. U.S. dilligaf is now suing the star of the reality of the damage. The exact amount has not been reported.
According to the website of the company’s online store was created in 2003 by Bill Massry. The fashion line is described as ready to use, affordable, and clothing “is not just an attitude … a lifestyle.”
Earlier this month Sorrentino was also sued by his former managers and 1 million Gotham Entertainment NYC after claims a violation of his contract. According to the National Post, Sorrentino said he fired his management team in May after it showed a “lack of performance.” Gotham said that there was a stipulation in the contract that says he was forced to give 30 days notice before dismissing.
Sorrentino is not the only member of “The Jersey Shore”, which is under legal fire; Delvecchio Pauly (Pauly D) is also being sued.
DJ Paul Lis says that the star took his name and is suing to 4 million for infringement of copyright and says the reality star is ruining his reputation for 40 years as a DJ. MTV reportedly has until September 30 to meet demand.
Delvecchio Sorrentino and can be seen in the upcoming season premiere of the fifth season of “Jersey Shore”, this Thursday at 10 pm on MTV. This season takes a different turn, as the stars harsh reality-the feast of the beautiful beaches of Jersey to take the city of Florence Italian culturally enriching.
The cast has just finished wrapping the sixth season of the series in Seaside Heights, New Jersey on Monday.
