The Situation, Another week, another demands for “Jersey Shore” break Guido Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino. As soon as the Sitch extricate him from his legal troubles with his father, the reality star has been punished by a complaint filed by its former management, Gotham Entertainment; the company confirmed a management TheWrap.
In a lawsuit filed Friday, is asking for damages in Gotham and $ 1 million Sorrentino, claiming that he rescued them in May, without giving 30 days notice or an opportunity to correct any problems, as stipulated in its contract with them.
The performance is particularly poor quality, the lawsuit claims, from Gotham – which began in 2009 to represent the year “Jersey Shore” broke – helped catapult to fame.
Not surprisingly, the application meets with resistance from Sitch team. In a statement issued on Friday and obtained by TMZ, Sorrentino’s lawyer, Richard Wolfe says Gotham suit “is full of lies and falsehoods to be proven false in court.” Moreover, Wolfe says, “Gotham had little or nothing to do about rising to fame Michael” and “did more harm than good to Michael and his career.”
The statement said the real force behind the success of the situation is his brother Marc Sorrentino, who “worked tirelessly to build the brand that is Mike Sorrentino ‘the situation’.”
