The band became popular hits as “break even”, “The man who can not move”, “Nothing” and many more.
In his first visit to the Philippines, the group joke to share their experience with traffic in Manila.
“I think we’re the only people who were happy to be stuck in traffic … We have to do much. We said, ‘Stop, we want to see this for a moment,’” said band member Danny O’Donoghue.
Since I arrived on Friday, who boasted of Filipino dishes that have already proven to be the dessert of all time Pinoy favorite, halo-halo.
“I had pork, squid and I had dessert, and there was much in it. Yes [halo-halo]. It is very much like the dinner because it is very big, but it was nice,” said another member of the band Glen Power.
The band was overwhelmed by the warm reception of his Filipino fans.
He said they are willing to act in front of sold-out audience.
Performance of the band in the country closes its tour.
“You have to bring this night, this is our last night on our tour … the most important, so bring your energy. It will be brilliant tonight,” said O’Donoghue. – Report of Gretchen Fuller, ABS-CBN News
