The Bassmaster Classic 2011, The 2011 Bassmaster Classic starts Friday and the next three days. But, picking up his third victory 2010, VanDam added honor to his already five Toyota Tundra Bassmaster angler of the year. “
As the Bassmaster Classic 2011 takes Segnette Bayou State Park today, Kevin VanDam is trying to become a winner again. But with 49 top bass fishermen in the face VanDam in the delta of Louisiana, the question remains whether he has what it takes.
Fishermen to the bass line at the top in the nation will participate in 2011 Bassmasters Classic starting today.
Some of the top anglers will gather in New Orleans to Bayou Segnette State Park. The Classic starts today and a champion will be crowned Sunday, January 20. There are 50 qualifiers in the classic, with six having won the tournament before. These include: Kevin VanDam, Boyd Duckett, Skeet Reese, Paul Elias, Michael Iaconelli and Mark Davis. Although a lot of these competitors are veterans, 15 of the playoffs will be their first Bassmaster Classic with hopes of conquering the waters in New Orleans.
In collaboration with Classic this weekend the 2011 Bassmaster New Orleans, Stratos boat appealed to all lovers of Stratos to visit its booth and receive free limited edition gear.
Visitors are invited to visit the booth at the Expo Stratos Outdoors Bassmaster Classic for their choice of a sticker Stratos, an exclusive T-shirt or a poster featuring custom graphics and staff Stratos Pro. Stratos will be accepting donations for items to benefit the Louisiana Coastal Conservation Association and preserve fishing heritage of the state.
