Taylor Lautner Van Sant, Taylor Lautner was not able to work with Gus Van Sant in “Breaking Dawn”, so now you have created your own project for the director helm.

MTV News reports that Lautner optioned a nonfiction article from The New Yorker, and has convinced Van Sant to direct for him. “Milk” scribe Dustin Lance Black will write the project, with Lautner in the role. Little else is known about the film, but will be Lautner’s first dramatic role to date.

Variety has learned that Amanda Seyfried and Peter Sarsgaard are being courted by directors Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman to play Linda Lovelace and her abusive husband Chuck Traynor prnography in his biography appropriately titled “Lovelace”. Malin Akerman and Matthew Wilder star Matt Dillon to take on the story, “Inferno”.

Joel Edgerton in talks to “300: Battle of Artemisia”
Casting is coming together for Warner Bros’ “300:. Battle of Artemisia” Vulture reports that the director Noam Murro is trying to bring on board for Joel Edgerton Themosticles play, an archon and famous general who led the Greeks to victory the Persians in 480 back. Zack Snyder, director of “300″ is still on board to co-write the script based on Frank Miller’s future, monitoring of the graphic novel.

Here’s more of a long list of upcoming Mark Wahlberg film. Screen Daily that the list learned that Wahlberg, Marion Cotillard and Zoe Saldana star is interested in English and the directorial debut French actor Guillaume Canet, “Blood Ties”. The film follows the story of two brothers, one a policeman and a criminal of a fresco of the prison, located in the 1970′s. Wahlberg plays one of the policemen. This is a remake of the 2008 French film “Les Liens du sang”, who starred in Canet Canet can cost appear in this movie too.

Steve Carell to produce and star in “Conviction”
Deadline is reporting that former “The Office” star Steve Carell will produce and star in the upcoming heist film “Conviction.” The action comedy follows a master thief forced prisoners bank by the FBI to entrap his protege, who plans to carry out a robbery billionaire. No word yet on when the film will go in front of the camera.

Noomi Rapace and Colin Farrell together in “Dead Man Down”
Fans hoped a meeting of Noomi Rapace and Swedish “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” director Niels Arden Oplev need to wait. Deadline for submission of the news that the two are working together in the revenge thriller “Dead Man Down,” which also stars Colin Farrell. He plays the right hand to the underground crime lord in New York, and ends up being seduced and blackmailed by a crime victim seeking revenge. The synopsis of the conclusion that “the chemistry of his intense leading to a spiral of recovery given the violent catharsis.” You have to start shooting in early 2012.
