World Series 2011World Series 2011, The first release of the 2011 World Series will be released at 1.05 am in the early hours of the morning UK time Thursday.

Whether it amounts to a late start after keeping awake thoughout Wednesday night or an early start if you sleep a little earlier, is a moment not to be missed.

The highlight of 2011 for the regular season was one of the most spectacular and dramatic in recent times and the first two rounds of the playoffs have been full of excitement as well. All indications are that the St. Louis Cardinals and Texas Rangers serving a fitting end to a great year.

The Texas Rangers are making a return trip to the Fall Classic after losing to the San Francisco Giants last year. They have been driven by disappointment all season, determined to make peace and safe of the World Series for the first time in the second attempt.

Have to rely on the experience and be willing to get off to a fast start in the series. Earn one or both of the first two games in St. Louis before returning to Arlington would always be the goal, however, may be even more important than usual for this Rangers team. If you fall behind, the memories of his 2010 heartbreak could go from being a motivation to be a millstone around the neck.

His opponents do not have that baggage. The Cardinals have been playing with a cavalier attitude from the beginning of September, at which time a playoff spot, let alone a World Series seemed to be little more than a flight of fantasy. Jayson Stark of ESPN clearly outlined in the scale of their achievements:

“How can finish in the World Series, when you are 10 ½ games with 31 to play, when you’re 8 ½ out in September, when you’re 7 ½ with 20 to play, when you’re three games with five to play? There are teams that have reached out to pull a natural finish. No team has done all that. Trust us. We have proven. ”

After the way in which improbable captured the National League Wild Paper, the Cardinals just went ahead. First he sent the Philadelphia Phillies, the team most tipped to be the World Series winners, before beating the Milwaukee Brewers, who had finished six games ahead of the Cardinals to win the Central Division National League.

The risk for the Cardinals is that logic dictates that this fairy tale has come to an end at some point.

The Texas Rangers have a formidable batting lineup that could wake up with a hit and so far it seems that most are predicting they will – just – prevail, but the Cardinals may have the fate of his side. Or at least a squirrel luck.

Both teams have strong batting lineups and starting pitchers quality – not least likely start Game One CJ Wilson and Chris Carpenter – however, in the ALCS was his relief pitchers that stood out. It is an open question whether the bullpen pitchers are crazy or insane becomes the bullpen pitchers, but the game’s characters can often be found among relief agencies. Octavio Dotel the Cardinals seem to fit into the mold. Back to Article Jayson Stark:

“It’s crazy where we are now,” Dotel said, standing with a bottle of champagne in one hand and the “squirrel luck” on the other. “I can not explain. But we are in the World Series, man. And I hope my squirrel does not let me down.”

Crazy? Oh yeah, but that’s part of the course in what has been an incredible season. All that remains is the crown the champions and in many ways it’s the best part of all.

The coverage and the prediction of a

I will be sharing my thoughts in the World Series here and on Twitter. My MLB predictions are terrible (before the season of my line was the World Series the Twins and Braves, at the start of the playoffs was the Rays and Phillies) for Texas Rangers fans will be disappointed to know that I’m predicting the Rangers will win the series 4-2.

As every year, my main hope is simply that the series goes six or seven games and are invited to a competition, despite being held in the final.
