Erin Andrews Video Tape, ESPN reporter, Erin Andrews, who was infamously filmed n*ked by a stalker back in 2008 wants to collect. She has filed a $10 suit for an 2008 incident in which her alleged stalker, Michael Barrett stayed in the hotel room next to Andrews and altered her door’s peephole allowing him to video tape the reporter as she undressed.

The video later went viral, with many accusing Andrews of being in on the video’s release for publicity before Barrett was arrested.

Andrews had filed the $10 suit a year earlier but according to Reuters, she recently refiled a $6 million lawsuit against Nashville’s West End Marriott and $4 million from Michael Barrett to ensure that it would move forward before the statute of limitations runs out.

According Hollywood Reporter, Andrews is seeking the bulk of the sum from the hotel that she reportedly claims is guilty of allowing Barrett to know she was staying in the hotel and allowing him to book a room next to her.

Earlier, Barrett was convicted, according to starpulse.com, of filming Andrews through a peephole in her hotel room door. He was sentenced to 2 and 1/2 years in prison.

“It was awful. He ended up walking in right in front of us, and I started to hyperventilate. I looked at my dad and was like, ‘I can’t breathe.’ My dad was a rock. I had these notes, and he goes, ‘Look down and concentrate on your notes,’” Andrews revealed in a 2011 issue of Marie Claire. “I looked down, and you could just hear teardrops hitting my paper. And it was funny, for a guy who stood behind a door and took this video of me and stalked me, he didn’t look at me once in court. He couldn’t look at me,” she said in the interview.”
