Utah State FootballUtah State Football, There’s nothing like starting the season with a challenge. Utah State opens its football season by traveling to Auburn to face the Tigers 23 to classification. Auburn Tigers The same that won the BCS National Championship last season and sports a home crowds in the nation’s most intimidating Jordan-Hare Stadium in.

“The environment that we are walking on it will be, probably, from what I understand, one of the best in the country,” said head coach Gary Andersen Aggie. “We are very pleased to enter into that environment, is what 90,000 people think they are there.”

Auburn will not have last year’s Heisman Trophy winner and first overall NFL draft Cam Newton at the center on Saturday, but still sport talent training is expected to compete for an SEC title again this year. Barrett Trotter is expected that the Tigers starting quarterback, though, as the Aggies this position be still in the air.

“The quarterback situation for them is similar to ours, I would say that, although it plays. I am not surprised to see two (quarterbacks),” said Andersen.

Trotter is an athletic quarterback who was recruited well, but has attempted only nine passes in three years like a tiger. Luckily for Trotter, who has a talented group of receivers and last year, BCS National Championship Game MVP Michael Dyer row behind him in the corridor?

“Michael (Dyer) is very difficult to achieve with the power when you want power and when the need for energy,” said Andersen.

The Aggies will try to copy the model set out in the season opener last year in Oklahoma. Utah State fell behind 21-0 in Norman, but regained his composure and fought back in the game before falling 31-24. With best first quarter the Aggies could have downloaded the seventh ranked Sooners. After coming so close last year, the Aggies certainly are underestimated again.

“I’m pretty sure (Auburn) will be a little worried, but I feel we are better than we were in Oklahoma. We’re just going to come and give our full and see what happens,” said lead author linebacker Bobby Wagner.

Despite being faced with a hostile crowd, a national champion and about 100 degrees with sweltering humidity, Andersen said the Aggies need to focus on themselves instead of being locked into the show.

“What we have to do in the first game is in and take over the Aggies. There is something else. We all enter the stadium together, put our best performance and see exactly where you are. I hope this team football to run. I hope to handle situations very well, in a very adverse. ”

If the Aggies can handle the test this week should make them a successful 2011 season.

“It will be a great learning experience and do not handle well, we will work to handle well and what they can manage well what will continue to emphasize the practice and continue to focus on that,” said Andersen.
