Tiki Barber DevastatedTiki Barber Devastated, NBC’s Peter King had a report on the sad night of soccer in the United States Barber Tiki former co-star during the weekend.

Barber wrote King is “devastated” that not a single club in the NFL or the agent called him as the star Mark Lepselter former runner attempts a comeback for the 2011 season.

Barber was a hot commodity for TV when he retired New York Giants after the 2006 season.

After speaking with ESPN, he joined NBC in which he appeared with the king as a studio analyst on NBC’s Sunday night and served as a correspondent for the NBC Today Show-notch.

But the anticipated TV career Barber went out. He was taken out of the Football Night in America studio and became a sideline reporter. The network did not renew his contract after the 2010 season.

Worse, Barber’s personal life became tabloid fodder when it was reported that Ginny had left a pregnant woman, a former intern Traci Lynn Johnson NBC. Barber is committed to Johnson, while their bitter divorce with the product Ginny in the Supreme Court in Manhattan.

After getting back in the gym and training hard, the barber of 36 years decided to come out of retirement and play in the NFL this season. But he could not get a sniff of any club, after five years away from the game – except for the Miami Dolphins, which he worked, but not sign it.

The ultimate test of Tiki King on Monday morning quarterback column in Sports Illustrated:

I tried to get Barber on Sunday, but did not speak. I heard that devastated that no team gave him a chance. You might wonder if they bring the equipment after the first game of the season, so his contract would not be guaranteed and could still happen. But without calling Lepselter team, even with a touch of interest, the more likely that teams would begin with the back that have been in a football tournament this summer. Lepselter said Sunday: “We are stunned that Tiki has not had a chance with any team, especially when they were lists of 90 players this year no doubt thought that any team was intrigued to see what was left in the tank.”

Tiki BarberTiki Barber, When Tiki Barber said HBO returning to football because “the party needed” and that “had to prove that [is] that he could succeed at something,” I thought it sounded like a recipe for mental health personnel for disasters.

Now that the NFL lists have been set at 53, and Tiki Barber never smelled one, I hope that’s not true. According to Peter King of Sports Illustrated, Tiki is not taking it well.

If you leave Tiki Barber of the person, do not know. He also recently proposed to his girlfriend, the person was engaged while still married to his pregnant wife. So that’s good news.

His career as a footballer, however, is dead and not coming back. Tiki said he needed to know the game, but I doubt he needs enough to consider trying to prove his worth in the UFL, Canada or the Arena League.

For a man truly desperate to return to the league, which is really the only step left. Even if a-team suffers a catastrophic chain of injuries to running back who is not a phone that rings Barber. It will be someone younger, cheaper, which bring no media scrutiny, and will play with a daring drop on special teams.
