Capitalism, The jury because of its ties has deleted a legal battle between Citigroup and Terra Firma with the provocateur filmmaker Michael Moore.

Donna Gianelli was removed from the jury by Judge Jed Rakoff of U.S. demand for lawyers working on behalf of Citigroup.

Ted Wells, a lawyer for the investment bank, the court played a video clip of a 2009 film by Moore capitalism right; A love story.

The film is a documentary about the financial crisis of 2008 and Ms. Gianelli was among a number of people who have received “special thanks” for their contribution to its credit.

Although the contribution of Ms. Gianelli for the film has not been confirmed, he was asked to leave the jury at the conclusion of the hearing of the day.

The juror was also suspected to have been heard to discuss the case with other jurors, is strictly prohibited by the rules of court, reports also said.

British firm Terra Firma has launched an action against Citigroup after claiming he was misled by the bank when looking to buy the music company EMI.

The company alleged that David Wormsley, counselor of Citi, has informed the company founder Guy Hands Terra that Cerberus, rival private equity firm, was looking to make a competing offer when it was not in fact the case. Citigroup has denied the allegations.
