Sugar and Spice, a book of reality show The Hills star Lauren Conrad is so hot with young adults, and Night Star – a new novel in the Immortals series by Alyson Noel.

For adults on your list, “said Segers sentimental, which won the Giller Prize this year, is a hot-ticket item.

Written by 30-year-old Johanna Skibsrud, the daughter of a Vietnam veteran, the book tells the life story of father and Skibsrud reflects on family relationships, memory and loss.

“It’s a big seller,” said Segers.

St. Aylmer began offering books a few months ago and co-owner Paul Pfeiffer said he has trouble meeting demand for fermentation Revolution: How to drink beer and save the world by Chris O’Brien.
