Neisd:NEISD schools and offices, which opens on Friday, December 4, the National Weather Service is forecasting snow and hard freeze across parts of south-central Texas. On Friday, December 4th, light waves are possible to alleviate the morning, increasing to more accumulation of snow on a wide range of afternoon and early evening as temperatures fell throughout the day.
