Ronan Farrow, Two New Yorkers — one the son of Woody Allen and Mia Farrow — were awarded the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship to study at Oxford University Sunday.

Ronan Farrow, 23 — who graduated from Bard College at just 15 years old and then got a law degree from Yale — will study for a doctorate in international development at Oxford.

Farrow, a special adviser to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for global youth issues, wrote on his Twitter page, “Rhodes is a great honor & opportunity. But for now very focused on fostering youth jobs and voices.”

He called his fellow finalists “incredibly cool people who will do great things.”

Miriam Rosenbaum, 22, of the Bronx, also won the hyper-competitive award.

“ I’m very, very enthusiastic and very excited,” Rosenbaum, 22, a senior at Princeton University, said.

Rosenbaum plans to get a masters in bioethics at Oxford and wants to work in health care policy.

She said she was inspired by her work at the Brooklyn-based Hebrew Academy for Special Children, which runs camps for disabled kids upstate.

“I realized one way I can really help, other than giving them direct care, is to be an advocate in the area of health policy,” she said.
