Randy Moss NFL, Former NFL receiver Randy Moss wants to return to the NFL next season, a decision he announced as he celebrated his 35th birthday on Monday with a uStream video chat that lasted nearly an hour.

“Your boy is going to come back through here and play some football,” Moss said as the chat came to a conclusion. “I had a lot of things I had to adjust in my life.”
“Your boy will be back for the upcoming season, hopefully I can get on a team hopefully.”

Throughout the chat, Moss talked about a comeback, but made it clear it was no sure thing as he needs an interested team to pick him up. Although he didn’t get into specifics, he also made numerous references to stepping away from football last season to deal with off-the-field issues in his life and that he talked to his family before making the decision to attempt a comeback.

Moss’ chat took place just after a morning workout. At one point he showed that he was wearing a trash bag underneath his shirt. Moss was also sporting a new, shorter haircut. At one point the former all-pro receiver even broke out the bag containing his recently cut hair.

“I was thinking about selling it, but I think I’m going to keep it.”

Moss, who conducted much of the chat with music playing in the background, turned down the track to make some remarks about the passing of Myra Kraft, who he spoke about with great admiration despite his limited time in the Patriots organization.

Of Wes Welker’s dropped ball during Super Bowl XLVI, Moss said he didn’t want to touch that topic, but added, “You can’t catch them all.”

On the topic of his lack of a relationship with Jerry Rice, Moss expressed a great deal of respect for the 49ers legend, but added that he was hurt by the lack of interaction from Rice. He said he would be more congratulatory if someone like Lions wideout Calvin Johnson or Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald broke one of his records.
