The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), a lawmaker from the district of Pune Khadakvasla, Ramesh Wanjala (47), died at Jehangir Hospital at 9:15 pm on Friday. His wife, two daughters and a son survive him. His wife, Harsha Wanjala, a member of Congress Uttamnagar Pune Zilla Parishad. The director (medical services) of Jehangir Hospital, Dr. Prasad Muglikar, confirmed the death of the legislator. “His pulse was not running and there was no blood pressure when Wanjala was taken to hospital around 8:30 pm. our medical team did everything they could to revive him. However, he died at 9:15 in the later, “added Muglikar.

The hospital has recommended an autopsy.

MNS sources said Ramesh complained of discomfort in a program in your precinct on Friday morning. MRI was advised by a local doctor and then taken to Joshi Hospital near Bhandarkar road.

“His condition deteriorated while undergoing an MRI and was immediately transferred to Jehangir Hospital,” Hospital sources said Joshi.
