Last but not least is CNN reporter Anderson Cooper, who was attacked earlier in Cairo, Egypt. Cooper said on-site disorder is happening and the locals did not like that at all. It turns out that some demonstrators did not want to be filmed; they began to punch Anderson Cooper in the head. They also attacked the crew, going after their equipment. Anderson posted a video explaining soon after it happened and he let everyone know he was fine.

Is Staten Island Chuck bite again? Groundhog Day cannot be a holiday, but it is widely celebrated and became our nation and to predict whether winter will continue to rule for six more weeks – or if spring will be here at first.

Puxatony Phil, (AP) – The most famous groundhog predicted an early spring world Wednesday, but was not ready to go out on a limb to predict whether the Pittsburgh Steelers will win next Sunday’s Super Bowl. Punxsutawney Phil emerged just after dawn on Groundhog Day to make his 125th annual weather forecasts before a smaller crowd than usual that braved mud, ice conditions to hear managers reveal that he had not seen his shadow.

Including Wednesday’s forecast, Phil has seen his shadow 98 times and did not see that 16 times since 1887, Punxsutawney Groundhog Club by Inner Circle, which runs the event. There are no records for the remaining years, if the group has continued to issue forecasts.

Regarding the whole Groundhog Day 2011 will situation, it seems that Punxsutawney Phil does not see his shadow. That’s good news for everyone who is sick and tired of the cold because no shadow is equal to an early spring!

(AFP) – Defying an epic snowstorm that paralyzed a large swath of the United States, America’s famous groundhog Punxsutawney Phil emerged from his burrow and predicted Wednesday that spring is upon us.

The rodent weather forecast does not see his shadow coming out of hibernation, which according to legend the United States, bodes well for the early arrival of spring weather mild.
