Physician Licensure Exam, The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released Thursday the lists of new physicians who passed last month’s licensure examinations and approved agriculturists who applied for registration under the Board of Agriculture.

The complete lists will be published in the Manila Bulletin tomorrow, March 3, 2012.

The first list released by the PRC showed that 520 out of 990 medicine graduates passed the Physician (Complete and Finals with Prelims) Licensure Examination, which was topped by Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU)-Valenzuela City alumnus Ronald Resuma Ceriales with a grade of 88.50.

The licensure exam was held in the cities of Manila and Cebu last month.

Included in the top 10 were: No. 2. Jon Karl Delgado Velasco of the Cebu Institute of Medicine, 85.92; 3. Miguel Rafael David Ramos of Saint Luke’s College of Medicine, 85.83; 4. Von Andre Mejico Medina, University of Perpetual Help System-Laguna, 85.58; 5. Irvin Lorrie Pitapit Galvan, OLFU-Valenzuela, 85.42;

6. Murphy Estremos Boyles, Xavier University (XU), 85.33; 7. Christina Margarita Canon Janer, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, 85.17; 8. Marc Frances Bongcawil Magoncia, (XU), 84.75; 9. Cherrylyn Restrivera Laguna, OLFU -Valenzuela, 84.67; and 10. Bill Allen de Guzman Alarcon and

Uzziel Ginette Aguinaldo Bascao, both of OLFU-Valenzuela, 84.58

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for new physicians will run from March 12 to 16, 2012.

They will be required to bring the following: duly-accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2012-2015.

Meanwhile, the PRC also released the names of 351 approved applicants for registration without examination by the Board of Agriculture in Manila last October and December 2011 and last February.
