American Apparel Inc. (APP U.S.): The clothing store was granted an extension until November 15 by the New York Stock Exchange LLC to comply with AMEX listing rules. If progress is not made in periodic reviews may result in delisting, according to a statement.

Diamond Hill Investment Group (Dhu’l U.S.): The management of investment services provider said it will pay a special dividend of 13 s share to shareholders of record on December 1, payable Dec. 15.

Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. (LIOX U.S.): The provider of translation services and software, “said the chief operating officer Satish Maripuri resigned to work for another company outside the industry.

Nicor Inc. (GAS U.S.): A subsidiary of the gas distribution company agreed to buy business assets VI Cargo Shipping Services Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Roma Financial Corp. (ROMA USA): The bank holding company said it would repurchase up to 5 percent of its shares outstanding.

Ruby Tuesday Inc. (RT U.S.): The casual-dining chain entered into a licensing agreement with LFMG International LLC to open and operate up to 200 Lime Fresh Mexican Grill restaurants, according to a regulatory filing.
