Las Cruces Public Schools, Mardi Gras Gala will be the fourth consecutive year among the first events held in the new convention center. The event will include a silent auction that included artwork, furniture and jewelry. There will also be music, hors d’oeurves, cash bar and a costume contest. American Southwest Theater Company CEO Tom Smith asserts that the gala will benefit programs.
