Mary Kay Ash, Do you love the color pink, and have an extra $3 million dollars? If so, then you could live like a cosmetics queen! Mary Kay Ash’s former home is on the market, and CBS 11 got an exclusive look at where Ash wined and dined her top salespeople.

Built in 1984 as a symbol of success, the pale pink mansion once owned by Mary Kay Ash remains one of the most recognizable homes in Dallas. And though she hasn’t lived here since the early 90s, the home is still packed with details hand-picked by Mary Kay herself.

“One of the characteristics of this house are the moldings are exquiste,” said realtor Karen Luter with Allie Beth Allman. “They’re very detailed and carved.” As you walk through the grand entrance, you’re welcomed into a two-story great room with 30-foot ceilings and large windows drawing you into a view of a greek-style pool.

At more than 12,000sq ft, this home has five bedrooms, and a two-story master suite. The master bathroom even has Mary Kay’s signature pink hue from the countertops to the pink bathtub, and even a pink quartz toilet!

This home played host to lavish parties celebrating Mary Katy’s top salespeople with plenty of space to entertain in several lounges and living rooms.

“She [Mary Kay] invested a lot of money in her beautiful chandeliers,” Luter said.

The mansion’s grounds feature beautiful gardens both in front and behind the home. “It’s just a unique area, I mean, honestly you just don’t see properties like this,” Luter said.
