Peters flew through the airport, five days after Kentucky, where FBI agents found him in the backyard of the house of his ex-wife.

He was charged with kidnapping and burglary Tuesday in federal court in Louisville using the same pink shirt rolled to the elbows Pulver described the police.

Luke Moore Police New South Wales said: “He will remain in custody for a period of 60 days, at which time the Australian government made a formal request to U.S. authorities for a hearing extradition. ”

A judge set the hearing for the extradition of Paul Peters on October 14. Meanwhile, he remains in federal custody at the Oldham County Jail.
