Lindsay Lohan Probation

Lindsay Lohan Probation, A judge ended Lindsay Lohan’s supervised probation on Thursday, giving the actress her freedom after nearly two years of constant court hearings and threats of jail. Lohan thanked Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner for her patience and let out a sigh of relief as she exited the courtroom after the brief hearing.

The judge had imposed a series of strict probation requirements, including cleanup duty at the morgue and counseling sessions last year, and Lohan met all the requirements by Thursday’s deadline. “I just want to say thank you for being fair. It’s really opened a lot of doors for me,” Lohan said.

Sautner told the problem-prone actress she was not going to give a lecture, but reminded her that she will remain on informal probation until May 2014 for taking a necklace without permission last year. “You need to live your life in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work,” Sautner said.

The hearing came as Lohan’s career is showing hints of a comeback. She is due to guest star on an upcoming episode of Glee, recently hosted a highly rated but criticized episode of Saturday Night Live, and is set to star as Elizabeth Taylor in a television movie. “Lindsay is ending one chapter and starting the next,” her spokesman, Steve Honig said. “She is very eager to get back on set and dive into her next few projects.”

Lindsay Lohan Betty Ford Lawsuit

Lindsay Lohan Betty Ford Lawsuit, Lindsay Lohan is being sued by the former Betty Ford worker who said the actress injured her during a fight over curfew.

The trouble never ends for Lindsay Lohan. Remember that little disagreement she got into with a counselor at the Betty Ford Center last summer? She may have thought that was all behind her — no charges were ever brought — but that fateful night is coming back to haunt her in the form of a million dollar lawsuit.

Dawn Holland — who now goes by Dawn Bradley — says that Lohan was combative and violent when she returned to the sober living house after breaking curfew and being asked to take a Breathalyzer test.

Holland claims Lindsay Lohan grabbed her wrist to get the phone out of her hands — she was trying to call the police, she says — and began “twisting and pulling it for 8-10 seconds.”

This is a key portion of the statement, because Holland never mentioned the wrist grab in her initial incident report to Betty Ford officials. It also doesn’t help that Holland defended Lohan in January.

Holland was fired from the clinic after they decided that her talking to TMZ every day was totally against federal patient privacy laws. She is seeking at least $1 million for her “great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering.”

It’s shaping up to be another crappy day for Lindsay. In addition to this lawsuit, she has been called back to court for a progress report hearing, and rumor is that the LA City Attorney wants to revisit her failed alcohol test. Keep checking SheKnows for updates!

Lindsay Lohan Probation, Lindsay Lohan is not going to move into the “Celebrity Big Brother” house anytime soon. A representative for the singer/actress has debunked swirling reports that she is in talks to join the British reality TV series, telling E! Online, “Lindsay is not doing Big Brother.”

Previously, a number of U.K.’s media outlets reported that 25-year-old troubled star, who is still in probation after failing to complete her court-mandated psychotherapy sessions, is considering to compete on all-star version of “Big Brother”. A source gushed, “Lindsay would be an absolutely amazing signing for us.”

The so-called insider added, “She’s a Hollywood A-lister and everyone knows about all the trouble she’s been in. She’s a fiery character too, so there are sure to be a some major clashes with other celebs if we get her in the house.”

Even if Lindsay signed up for the show, there would be a major issue coming in the way of the show’s bosses to bring her to U.K. Under her new probation terms, the Thea Clayhill of “Labor Pains” is not allowed to leave California without her probation officer’s approval.
