Kutztown Folk Festival 2010Kutztown Folk Festival — LiveStreetJournal — Since the 1950 s this is the 61st annual folk festival in Kutztown, everyone can be a little Dutch Kutztown Folk Festival, the festival is open Saturday at the Kutztown Fair. This festival has been committed by educating people about the customs of the Pennsylvania Germans in a way that can be appreciated by the family.
