Kevin Durant Thunder, Kevin Durant scored 33 points on 12-for-22 shooting, leading the Oklahoma City Thunder past the Los Angeles Lakers 100-85 Thursday night at Chesapeake Energy Arena to tie the league’s best first half mark.

Russell Westbrook added 19 points as the Thunder head into the All-Star break tied with the Miami Heat for the league’s best record at 27-7.

The Western Conference-leading Thunder improved to an NBA best 15-1 at home this season. They got 11 points and 13 boards from Serge Ibaka and James Harden helped shut down Kobe Bryant and added 16 points off the bench.

Bryant finished with a team-high 24 points, but shot just 3-of-12 from the field after a 10-point first quarter, which ended with the Lakers holding a 23-19 advantage.

It marked the second straight bad shooting night for the Lakers star guard, who made only four of 15 shots in the Lakers’ 96-91 victory Wednesday over the defending NBA champion Mavericks in Dallas.

The Thunder regrouped after a shaky start and took a 46-43 lead into the locker room.
