There are good news and bad news for the iPhone 4S suffering from the stack: Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) said that “a few” problems by sucking, but it will take “weeks” to fix. BlogWatch IT, bloggers wonder why it took Apple three weeks to admit it.

Your humble curator BlogWatch Bloggy these bits for your entertainment. Not to mention, the parents go to the child’s school to discuss a fight, end up getting in a fight …

Jason Snell tireless minions report:

The latest version of its mobile operating system … seems that the battery loses its juice faster than before. [Apple] … plans to release a software update to solve the problem. … “A small number of customers have reported lower than expected battery life. … We found some errors … we will launch a software upgrade … in a couple of weeks.”

[U] SERS complain that … loading are necessary … much more frequently than they did when they were using IOS 4.

Ina Fried says:

Apple declined to comment beyond the statement. Complaints about issues of battery life … began shortly after both iOS 5 and iPhone 4S were made public last month. … [They] appear to vary depending on what network a user is in usage patterns and other factors.

Apple does not offer any advice on what customers should do until the software update is released.

Dave Neal each fanboi expected to do his duty:

It took some time for the company to recognize the problems, as with antennagate were discovered by users. … Therefore, 4S Iphone users … can expect their devices to meet your expectations in the coming weeks, as Apple expects to issue a software solution.

[Apple says] that the arrangement is likely to be released in the coming weeks, so perhaps users should keep their charges closely until around Christmas.

Reading between the lines, it appears that Peter Scott did not just believe that Apple:

Apple says only a small number of customers have reported it.

[C] ONSUMERS will struggle with the problem for quite some time. Meanwhile, users come with their own solutions … [But] minor adjustments, there is no real solution and it seems that consumers only have to wait for Apple to be fixed.

Adrian Kingsley-Hughes is not sure what to think:

[S] ome 4S iPhone owners … we’re not seeing any problems, and others … are seeing literally drain your batteries before your eyes. Other people are seeing the same problem in the iPhone 4, iPhone 3G iOS 5, while others are not.

Something is happening … but it is hard to put a finger on what the problem really is.

Meanwhile, Ian Paul preview the beta solution:

Iphone 4S Problems

Iphone 4S Problems, Apple has confirmed that some users of iPhone devices with IOS 4S and another 5 are experiencing poor battery life and attributed the problem to a software error. The company says it will soon release a software update that fixes the problem.

“A small number of customers have reported lower than expected battery life in devices iOS 5” an Apple statement says. “We found some errors that are affecting the battery life, and will release a software update to deal with a couple of weeks.”

Apple has already delivered a first version of this review to registered developers in the form of IOS 5.0.1, according to enthusiast sites. This update provides the solution to the battery life as well as some other improvements, including adding multitasking gestures for the iPhone first, this feature is only available on the iPhone 2.

As I noted the other day, this issue does not mean that the iPhone 4S suffers from hardware problems very widespread and endemic faced by users of the iPhone 4 first. Last year, when customers began complaining of loss of signal in the iPhone 4, Apple remained silent for much longer and then responded with a belligerent news conference in which he stated that all phones have problems instead of admitting the problem. This time, the problem affects only certain users and Apple has responded much more quickly.

Moreover, the problems of battery life seems to be solvable with a simple software solution. Apple was not able to solve completely the problem of the iPhone antenna 4 until the entire system was redesigned for the iPhone 4S.
