Said Patrick spokesman Kyle Sullivan said in a written statement that Patrick will certify the results of Thursday morning, and “to ensure that elected Senator Brown asked for the final papers by 11:00 am tomorrow morning is fulfilled.”

This certificate will allow Brown to be sworn in earlier in the schedule next week because, he says, and there are voices that he does not want to miss.

And the demand for reverse Brown’s earlier declaration that he does not want to be right until February 11 in the grace period and said he needed to hire staff and prepare for new responsibilities. Also, in the wake of criticism from conservative radio hosts and columnists in the newspapers and one on the so-called “three weeks ago in the lap of victory.”

Senator-elect now says that there are votes in the Senate, which had been willing to participate, but did not identify any of them. Once on the right, would give the Republican Party Brown’s 41 votes in the Senate, one more than the party needs to maintain the disruption of democratic initiatives.

Hours earlier, Galvin submit copies of official results of the elections to the Governor’s Council. , Patrick staff governor announced Brown will sign a certificate in the election of the Council and there – as is required under the law – during the ceremony at 9:30 am Thursday.

Those actions that would meet the Winslow timetable set out later in his letter.

They also showed pre-election polls that showed him a chance to win, when he complained Galvin Brown – Democrat – and told him that it would take several weeks to certify the results because of the existence of a state law that requires 10-day waiting period for obtaining the votes of electors. There is also a five-day waiting period for the additional cities and towns to send him the official results.

On Jan. 20, Galvin sought to calm the situation by sending a staff member in the Senate a message saying that it seems Brown has won the election. Similar documents have already allowed the newly elected members of the House of Representatives to be sworn.

With officials in the Senate, likewise controlled by Democrats, and said they needed an official certificate from the governor before scheduling the ceremony with Vice President Joe Biden, chairman of the Senate.

President Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid played down any immediate need for a ceremony when he pledged to abstain from any vote on the Chairman’s proposal for health care reform so that Brown was sitting.
