Tomb Of Tutankhamun, Artifacts from the famous tomb of Egyptian Pharaoh Tutankhamun are on display for the first time in the U.S.
The tomb of Tutankhamun, one of the successors of the famous Akhenaten, was found unplundered by renowned British archaeologist Howard Carter in the Valley of the Kings near Luxor in 1922.
Discovered in the grave were countless treasures, made of a huge amount of precious metals. The overall weight of the gold jewelry alone in the tomb exceeded 1.2 tonnes.
