Subsequently, in November, while the fall season progresses, the clocks will be reset back to an hour.

One of the important advantages of daylight saving time change is that it offers a huge cut in energy consumption. As the night is shortened to an hour, an enormous amount of energy can save companies.

During the eight months of daylight saving time, the names of the times in all regions of the country will be renamed. For example, Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be called ET. Just as Central Standard Time (CST) becomes Central time (CDT), Mountain Standard Time (MST) becomes Mountain Time saving and so on.
