Daniel Day-Lewis, Daniel Day Lewis is a stylish man while catching a departing flight at JFK Airport on Friday (February 28) in New York City.

The 56-year-old actor was flying out to Los Angeles for the 2014 Oscars, where he will return as a presenter on Sunday (March 2). We can’t wait to see him walk the red carpet!

In case you don’t remember, Daniel took home the coveted Oscar last year for Best Actor for his work on Lincoln, where he took on the role of the 16th president of the United States.

The amazing actor always inhabits his roles fully, and this shot, snapped in a Richmond, Va., restaurant by a college student named Michael Phillips who posted on Twitter before selling it to the Splash agency, proves it.

Day-Lewis is on location with Steven Spielberg for Lincoln, which also stars Sally Field, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tommy Lee Jones, John Hawkes, Hal Holbrook, James Spader, Tim Blake Nelson, David Strathairn, Jackie Earle Haley and David Oyelowo.
