Wake Forest holds the 27-19 Boston College: Boston College could not do in two straight games after getting his first win last week, falling to the Demon Deacons of Wake Forest. Boston College could not get their offense going, passing for just 188 yards on 47 attempts. Meanwhile, the Deacons managed 252 yards in the air by quarterback Tanner Price. Towson Maryland is closer than the final score, 28-3: In a game that was a heck of a lot closer than the final score exceeds Maryland Towson Tigers 28-3. Maryland was a struggle, which had only a 7-3 lead in half thanks to a missed field goal by Towson. Maryland fought on both sides of the ball, but thanks to multiple turnovers in the second half of Maryland was able to boot.

Bethune-Cookman does close early, late hit Miami, 45-14: Unfortunately for fans of Miami, the Hurricanes allowed their game against Bethune-Cookman to be much closer than would be expected from the beginning. Bethune-Cookman stayed within a touchdown to Miami, he finally left in the fourth quarter. Running back Lamar Miller had a good day running the ball, gaining 102 yards on 14 carries, including a touchdown run of 43 yards. Moreover, even Jacory Harris threw an interception!

No. 21 Georgia Tech pounds of North Carolina, 45-35: The game entered the fourth quarter of 21-14 game for the Wolfpack only to see Georgia Tech rattle off 21 straight points in the fourth quarter compared to North Carolina State could respond. NC State scored a touchdown with 45 seconds left to make the score 45-28 and a touchdown on a fumble return with 20 seconds left to put the final score of 45-35, but were reversed in the fourth quarter . Idaho Falls in Virginia OT, 21-20: After a disappointing loss to Southern Miss, most expect that the Virginia Cavaliers to recover from the Vandals of Idaho. As Lee Corso would say, “Not so fast my friend!” Virginia jumped to a 14-0 lead early in the first quarter, but late in the fourth quarter of Idaho scored 8 points to send the game into overtime. Virginia scored on its overtime possession of openness, as well as Idaho. Idaho however, was for the win and not the two-point coversion.
