Christine Bleakley, Trouble was always going to be afoot when Christine Bleakley and Frank Lampard found themselves face to face with the kids from the hit Bbc comedy ‘Outnumbered,’ the three tykes now well-known for running rings around their parents in every episode.

However, this was no real-life set-to; the whole thing was being filmed for a sketch as part of the annual ‘Sports Relief’ drive and saw the fictional Brockman family turning up to Stamford Bridge in London, home of Lampard’s football team Chelsea.

Tiger Drew Honey and Daniel Roche’s characters found themselves sitting behind Bleakley, with their father – played by Hugh Dennis – trying, as ever, to keep them in tow. They were there to see their fictional sister, played by Ramona Marquez, walk out onto the turf with Lampard as a Chelsea mascot for the day.

The whole thing will be shown during ‘Sports Relef’ and the footballer told the UK’s Daily Mail that he hoped people would look beyond his acting to enjoy the piece. “I’m hoping people enjoy it. If not, they can laugh at my acting skills!” For her part, Bleakley was loving the experience, telling the paper “I was giggling the whole way through.”
