Carlos Condit, Michael Bisping, Yoshihiro Akiyama, Carlos Condit and Paul Sass each won $ 50,000 “Fight Night” bonuses for their performances at UFC Saturday with 120 cases.

Condit won the night “Knockout of the Night” award, Sass picked up the “Submission of the Night” bonus, and Akiyama scored Bisping and “Fight of the Night” honors.

MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) learned of the winners and the bonus amount awarded a total of 120 CFU post-conference press event.

The event took place at The 02 in London and broadcast via one-day delay on Spike TV in the U.S.

The premiums stipulated surprised few.

Condit has scored the most vicious KO of the night when he stopped the striker Dan Hardy with a vicious first round KO. Towards the end of the third, Condit unloaded a left-right combo. The law failed, but the left and landed perfectly placed Hardy crashing to the mat. The former welterweight champion WEC has provided two additional blows to his opponent shot before the fight was stopped.

Sass, meanwhile, lives up to the hype and assured her presentation marks a victory over Canadian Mark Holst. Sass, who opened his career with seven consecutive triangle choke memories, constantly tried to move and he finally got to halfway through the first round. The undefeated fighter and UFC newcomer now has eight wins this bid among her 11 career victories.

Bisping and Akiyama, meanwhile, met in a case widely standup in the main event. Akiyama landed some powerful shots and stunned many by his opponent in the first seconds of the fight, but Bisping fought and finally swept the judges scorecards for a shutout unanimous decision victory. He finished the round in dominant fashion to send home to his countrymen in the right mood.

Dan Hardy, (AP) – Michael Bisping improved his perfect record in his home Saturday by defeating Yoshihiro Akiyama by unanimous decision in the main event of UFC 120.
Bisping was hit twice in the first two rounds, but outpointed Akiyama with jabs, hooks and kicks during the three rounds. Each of the judges scored it 30-27, making the turbulent mixing martial arts fighter north of England a serious contender for the middleweight belt in the UFC.

“I feel now is my time,” said Bisping. “I want to fight the best out there, and I think with a win against an opponent more credible, I should get a title match.”

Bisping (21-3) never lost a fight before his native fans, going 6-0 at Manchester, Birmingham and London.

When co-main English hunting companions Dan Hardy was eliminated by former WEC welterweight champion Carlos Condit in the first round.

Condit Hardy stunned with a spinning back fist before connecting on a left hook. Hardy threw a left hook at the same time, but missed a few inches.

After another punch on the ground, the fight was stopped.

“I feel comfortable on my feet,” said Condit. “But if it had been on the ground, I would have done well, too.

“Tonight, I felt my timing was perfect.”

Hardy then said he could not remember parts of wrestling. When asked what the future holds for him, he cracked, “a headache.”

Two more English so badly. American Mike Pyle gave his first defeat John Hathaway and Canadian Claude Patrick defeated James Wilks, each by unanimous decision.

Cheick Kongo of France and American Travis Browne fought to a draw, with each judge giving both fighters 28 points. Kongo was penalized for holding his opponent’s shorts in the third round.
