BS YeddyurappaBS Yeddyurappa, After being admitted to two hospitals in the past four days, former Karnataka chief minister and BJP leader, BS Yeddyurappa returned to the central jail in Bangalore on Wednesday.

Yeddyurappa, who was sent to judicial custody until October 22 Lokayukta by a special court on 15 October in a case denotification land, was admitted to a hospital after chest pain. His bail application against judicial custody hearing goes on in the Karnataka High Court on Thursday.

The case began after Karnataka Governor HR Bhardwaj gave sanction to prosecute Chief Minister then after an appeal by a lawyer Bangalorebased Siranjin Basha for alleged offenses in cases where land denotification. Basha has filed five complaints relating to 15 alleged crimes before the special tribunal appointed to hear cases related to corruption. The court, which held the hearing in three cases, Yeddyurappa directed to appear on August 27.
