Dierks Bentley, Dierks Bentley hosted a private party on Tuesday night (November 10) on his property in a rural area near Franklin, Tenn. The meeting was in the spirit of their latest album, bluegrass inspiration Up in the mountains. Bentley made a handful of songs with a local bluegrass group, Mashville Brigade, but spent most the night mingled with about 300 guests from the music industry. The party provided a barbecue dinner, campfire and retro lunch boxes for each guest. Bentley is nominated for three CMA Awards, including male vocalist, album (on top of the range) and vocal event (for “Bad Angel” with Jamey Johnson and Miranda Lambert.) Bentley appeared on Good Morning America on Wednesday morning (November 10) to promote the CMA Awards air tonight.

Blake Shelton, Country couple Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, the 44th annual CMA Awards were a dream come true. Shelton took Male Vocalist of the Year, and beamed on stage to receive the award. “It’s about 34 years the value of the measures there for me, you all,” said Shelton. “This is a really big deal for me.”

Lambert, who also celebrated his 27th birthday, won four CMA, including Female Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year (for Revolution), and Video of the Year for “The House that I built,” which won composers Tom Douglas and Allan Shamblin Song of the Year.

Lambert also did a duet with Sheryl Crow and evaluation surprise Loretta Lynn in Lynn’s immortal song “Coal Miner’s Daughter” and before he performed, “wrote John Prine’s” That’s The Way Love Goes Round. ”

“After the night that Blake and Miranda are having, I think we can expect a baby of about nine months,” joked co-hosts Brad Paisley, who were filled with tears after he was named entertainer of the year. Paisley had won a whopping 13 CMA Awards in the past, but never great.

Other big winners tonight. “Need You Now” Lady Antebellum, who won the Vocal Group of the Year, and the single of the year for Zac Brown Band said the coveted New Artist of the Year trophy, and Sugarland was named Vocal Duo of the Year .

The evening also featured many notable, if brief, performances. Reba McEntire remained contemporary through the implementation of Beyonce “If I Were a Boy”, sang a duet Zac Brown Band, Alan Jackson, Kid Rock sang “Born Free.” And, of course, the actress Gwyneth Paltrow made her debut singing live, performing a strong version of the title track strong country, backed by Vince Gill.

Kenny Chesney, (CP) – Kenny Chesney is back on the road with a vengeance. Draw the top touring country music of the decade announced Thursday it will co-title nine stadium dates next year with the Zac Brown Band, pairing of two acts superior road.

Chesney has sold over a million tickets a year for eight consecutive years before taking 2010 off. He filled his time by making two movies and fulfills its new album, “Whiskey Hemingway,” which debuted at No. 1 in September.

The singer has admitted to feeling the lure of the road while away, but the four-time winner of the show of the year at both the Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music think the time off will improve show it to his fans see next spring and summer.

“What happens to the difference for me is the new music,” Chesney told the Associated Press in an email. “When we reached the stage this spring, we’ll do a lot of songs’ Whiskey Hemingway, and show our need for change. It will allow me to really make the game different from what it was and how the show more spontaneous. ”

Spontaneity is something the Zac Brown Band is known for. The six parts of Atlanta, which won a Grammy 2010 for Best New Artist and was nominated for both Artist of the Year and Best New Artist at AMC next week’s prices, was one of the most hard acts to pass since his escape two years ago and it’s live act has attracted rave reviews.

The stadium tour begins March 19 in Tampa, Florida, and through the summer. Billy Currington will join Brown Chesney and Uncle Kracker these dates and will open eight performances of the stadium. Tickets on sale November 20.

Chesney will announce more on stage and amphitheater dates later this year for what he says is his biggest tour since 2006.

“I really miss some things on the road, as the first note of each night and energy that is exchanged between the stage and the crowd,” said Chesney. “I’m really fired up to feel that. This moment is what motivates me and what I look with pleasure. ”
