Bastille Days MilwaukeeBastille Days Milwaukee, Do not worry if you’ve never been to France, because you can get a taste of that this weekend. Cathedral Square Park in downtown Milwaukee is now little Paris for the annual 30 Days of the Bastille.

Milwaukee is known for the ethnic festivals and days of the Bastille are one of the largest French themed festivals outdoors in North America. When you think of French culture, many things come to mind. One thing is the Eiffel Tower is a replica of 43 meters in the heart of the Plaza de la Catedral.
For 30 years, Bastille Day brings all the flavors of France in the city center.

It can be said of the Eiffel Tower in the Cathedral Square Park, which is a party happening that is always “c’est bon.”

“Oh, I love coming to the party. I hope that every year,” says Stacy Hoyt. She loves coming to the party. There is also plenty of dance participation of French culture. Dance Carnival head troll a lot of attention on Thursday.

“It’s great! It’s great, everybody wants to take a picture with you and then try to shake his hand and we have no hands,” Jacob Mills Dancing with the head troll.

It is the first year of Bastille Days in Mills. And since this year marks 30 years for the event, there are new things, like wine tasting and more.

“Tonight (Thursday), we are making French bread, toast, giving all attendees,” said chief executive Kate Borders Festival.

However, there are old favorites as well.

“The servers in the industry it serves, basically doing an obstacle course with the wine,” says Borders.

There are also plenty of food and plenty of stores with over 100 suppliers around the country and the world.

“You would be able to buy things for the party could not get anywhere else,” says Borders.
